Yorkshire Hills Association Dues Invoice

Hello Neighbors,

Your Yorkshire Hills Association board has been late this year in send out the invoice for annual dues. We apologize for any confusion. We are building funds to possibly be able to light our entrance sign as previously discussed in neighborhood meetings.

The amount remains $40.00 for calendar year 2011, but due to the late request it would save us a great deal of work if you would consider paying for 2012 at the same time

($80).

Paying ahead is optional but the $40 2011 dues are not.

If you pay only for 2011, we will hopefully send out the 2012 invoice in 1st quarter next year.

The dues cover our annual meetings, our association insurance policy, our common area landscaping, various mailings, reviews of submitted plans and legal work, our neighborhood parties and any other expenses needed to help make Yorkshire Hills a wonderful place to live!

Dues Year: 2011 (covers 1/1/11 – 12/31/11)

Due date: Nov 15!! (due to late notice)
(2012 dues are due in 1st Q)
