Yorkshire Hills Homeowners Association

Date: 7/12/2023

Time: 7:00 - 9:00pm

Location: Lupton Residence 

Attendees: Fred Lupton, Randy Dence, Sanjeev Kumar, Steve Homan

Discussion Summary

  1. New Neighbors
    • The Board estimated that turnover has been high, potentially 15-25% over the past 3 years.
  2. Financial Condition 
    • Tax returns have been filed.
    • Annual billing should be mailed in the near future.
    • It was asked that a reminder be added to the mailing regarding storage of boats and recreational vehicles.
    • The current bank account balance is approximately $40,000.
    • The insurance billing was received and there were no changes anticipated.
  3. Entrance Sign Condition
    • Requires maintenance for lighting, paint, and landscaping.
    • The Board approved the purchase of new solar lights.
    • Randy will seek information about sign replacement.
  4. Roads
    • A possible contact with the County was discussed. 
  5. Association meeting
    • Possible dates were discussed for the full Association meeting.
    • Potential date of October 4th was proposed, but not finalized.
